Graley Autobody began in a small local
garage in 1971. We moved to a large facility
in Chesapeake, Ohio in the early 1980s and
moved to our current complex, located in
downtown Huntington, West Virginia, in 1988.
Although the Graley Autobody family began
with just Jim and his cousin Don working in
tandem, Graley Autobody now employs a large
workforce with Chad Lewis as the body shop
manager. We have been proud to serve the
Tri-State for over thirty-three years and we
would be just as proud to serve you.
- We have a separate body
repair and painting facility from our
offices so as to provide quiet comfort
during your estimating and pick-up
experience.
- Our offices are
extremely clean and welcoming which may
be why such a large percentage of our
customers are women.
- We recently purchased
an additional facility behind our
offices to clean and detail each vehicle
we repair so that it is in its finest
condition prior to its return to the
customer.
- All vehicles are locked
up in our facility or in a secure
storage lot for your vehicle's
protection.

Since 1993, the Herald Dispatch, our
region's finest newspaper, has held an
annual survey of its reader base in Cabell,
Wayne, Putnam, Counties, West Virginia and
Lawrence, County Ohio to determine our
area's best businesses. That Year, Graley Autobody won "Best in the Tri State" for
Autobody Repair. Don't worry, we didn't let
it go to our head. We have won the same
award EVERY single year since, sixteen years
in a row.

Association with Your Insurance
We work closely with most insurance companies
and we have a special relationship with
certain carriers.
All insurance carriers have slightly different written and unwritten claims procedures
with which we are very familiar. In
preparing your free estimate, we make every
effort to use our expertise in writing a
thorough and comprehensive report of
apparent damage. However, an estimate is
just that, an estimate. If hidden damage is
found, we immediately notify you and the
insurance company about the necessary
supplemental repairs. After we obtain
approval for the hidden damage, the repair
process is completed.
 ASE
Certified
We have received full certification from the
National Institute for Automotive Service
Excellence. Upon passing at least one exam and after providing proof of two years of relevant work experience, the test taker becomes ASE certified. Certification, however, is not for life. To remain certified, those with ASE credentials must be retested every five years.

World Leader in Automotive Finishes
We use only the finest automotive paints in
existence which are manufactured by PPG, an
American based company headquartered in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

GOLD Class Certified
As you browse through other autobody
websites, you may notice some have a blue
I-Car logo (if any at all). We are GOLD
class certified by I-Car, a not-for-profit
automotive and training organization.

Pick You Up
We have a close relationship with Enterprise
Rent-A-Car. If you need a ride to or from
our facility to Enterprise it will be
arranged at no charge. We also can help you
secure a rental car from Enterprise at some
of the lowest rental rates in the-State. |
